feral fitness (for the family!)

We're inviting the whole family to explore joyful + intentional movement as we groove + flow together in this holistic aerobics class! Britt will guide us through a series of high-energy, dynamic movements, followed by a nourishing, slow stretch + moment of mindfulness.

Though the studio has everything you need to participate, you are encouraged to bring along water and your own mat. Shoes are not necessary for this class - if you would prefer to wear shoes, they MUST be clean + used only indoors.

NOTE: Though this class is suitable for all ages, youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by a parent/guardian.
