ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
Otherwise known as 'Yogic Sleep,' Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation which may assist to release the roots of anxiety, stress, tension, self-doubt + negative habits.
This 90-minute workshop will begin with a gentle yoga practice to prepare the body, then move directly into Yoga Nidra, which is a deep meditative experience moving the mind through a rotation of consciousness + guided thoughts.
Participants are encouraged to bring a sweater to keep warm as well as a small pillow and/or blanket, so that they may be as comfortable as possible during the extended mediation portion. Mats, bolsters, blankets and a variety of other props are available at the studio for you to use freely, as well.
