Join us for a yoga class designed with you in mind—whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to yoga after an injury, or just looking for a slower, more mindful flow. This class is about finding strength, peace, and acceptance within yourself, in a safe and welcoming space. Enjoy a gentle, slow flow with supportive guidance every step of the way. Expect lots of options for each posture, empowering you to move in ways that feel right for your body. You don’t need to be flexible, know the poses, or feel “ready”—this class is for everyone. If you've ever felt nervous, self-conscious, or unsure if yoga is “for you,” this is the class to explore yoga as an accessible, powerful tool for your whole self’s well-being.
Cancellation Policy
Your space in our studio is always reserved and prepared for, especially for you. To cancel your attendance, please provide us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Pre-paid class and workshop cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice are non-refundable. Unpaid online bookings that are cancelled with less than 24hrs notice or marked as no-show at the time of class will accrue as an amount owed to the studio, due at time of next class attendance. REGISTRATION POLICY To honour + value the time of our instructors and each other, online registration closes 5 hours before class start-time. BUT that doesn't mean you've missed out! Please inquire with the studio/instructor directly to sign-up for classes after the window for online registration closes, as we can usually (happily!) accommodate last-minute registrations or drop-ins. Always feel free to email the studio (intotheeddy@gmail.com) and/or contact your instructor on their respective social media channels. Waitlists for most classes will become available when a class becomes fully booked. If you join the waitlist and a spot opens up, you will be notified immediately + it will be held for you for 30-minutes. If you do not register within that timeframe, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. If you have signed up for a waitlist, please be mindful of this and keep an eye on your email for notifications. The studio is not responsible for missed/blocked notifications.
