ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is an active form of meditation that supports your mind, body & spiritual wellbeing. It offers experiences of deep release and relaxation, clarity and creation, transformation and healing. It is a liberation of the breath through the body into a deeper connection to your wholeness.

BREATHWORK SUPPORTS OUR WHOLE SELF AND LIFE: it can help develop and deepen self awareness, relieve stress and tension and anxiety, increase joy and pleasure, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep quality, improve circulation and lower heart rate and balance blood pressure, improve digestion, release trauma and stuck emotions, oxygenate the blood, release toxins, improve and deepen relationships, increase focus and creative flow, regulate the nervous system, rewire unhealthy patterns and shift belief system, increase energy level and boost our immune system.

COLLECTIVE BREATH: A COMMUNITY BREATHWORK EXPERIENCE

The majority of this practice will take place on the floor, laying down. Mats, blankets and all props are provided to provide you comfort + support - though you're welcome to bring your own. We encourage you to dress comfortably, pack yourself some hydration + bring an open mind and heart to this experience.
