Yoga Instructor

FIRST-LIGHT FLOW

WEDNESDAY MORNINGS

Awaken your body with joyful intention (instead of judgment!) as we use movement to bring our mindsets to the present moment + the breath to bring our nervous systems to a state of pause. Take a moment of mindfulness as you allow your breath to guide your body through a dynamic series of yoga postures, ending with Savasana + guided meditation. (60 minute class)

RISE + RESURGE

SATURDAY MORNINGS

Feel your body warm to the morning light in this joyful + playful extended flow class. We start out by grounding ourselves with some slow and gentle movements, setting roots to explore various postures that will awaken our muscles + bring us wholly into our bodies. Let the movement + community we share in this class be a “reset” button to your week + nervous system. (75 minute class)

UNWIND + RESET

FRIDAY NIGHTS

Sink into the quiet space you’ve dreamed about all week long: an intentional moment for you to slowly unfurl your body + mind. Ample props are supplied as we explore a range of feel-good stretches, melt into some restorative postures + re-connect to our breath during this candle-lit hour in community. (60 minute class)

TUNE IN + LET GO

THURSDAY NIGHTS

Allow yourself to tune in to a deeper awareness of the body through a gentle yoga practice that is suitable for all levels. Explore movement, breath and the connection between to release tension, increase mobility + create new energy in the body. With an open mind + open heart, we end each class with a guided meditation during Savasana to let go of stress, rest and reset our minds, leaving you feeling whole + complete. (60 minute class)

MAT MOVE + GROOVE

MONDAY + WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

Explore the boundaries of your body’s strength + stability in this class designed to be accessible to all bodies, experience levels and mobilities. Feel your whole-self supported as you are guided through a series of mat-based movements, intended to build endurance, enhance flexibility + promote general feelings of kick-a$$ery! (60 minute class)

GUIDED BREATH

MONDAY NIGHTS

Take a moment to breathe, together. From the comfort of your mat, this breathwork class uses a combination of groovy music, lyrical prompts, active breathing techniques + guided meditation to help you connect to the healing rhythms of your breath. Feel your whole-self supported through a journey of dynamic breathing techniques, gently guiding your nervous system to a state of regulated calm. (60 minute class)

BLOSSOM + BLOOM

TUESDAY NIGHTS

Nature doesn’t hurry - so why should you? Bloom when you are ready + join us for this hour-long yoga practice that inspires you to slow down, listen to your body + take things at your OWN pace! These classes are a great first step if you're thinking of starting (or resetting!) your yoga journey. Connect to your own natural forces - your breath + body! - as you're guided to connect them through the slow movements of each yoga posture, finishing with a guided meditation + Savasana. This class will leave you restored + ready to bloom.
