ABOUT THIS SERIES
Groove + flow with us in this special 90-minute yoga class accompanied by live, acoustic music! Re-write your evening regimen: nourish your body with gentle movement, breath + relaxation...all while enjoying the sweet (or rockin'!) serenades of some of our most talented local musicians. This month's class will feature the incredible musical talent of Travis Laur, accompanied by joyful movement led by Cassidy Turner.
As always, all props are available for you to use at the studio. If you have your own mat or other props of your own, feel free to bring them along! Please bring some hydration to nourish you through this class.
