Description

From the comfort of your mat, this class uses a combination of guided prompts, active meditation, somatic movement + a constant rotation of groovy tunes to bring your whole-self into a moment of pause through the healing rhythms of your breath. Each hour-long class with Kate explores different breathing patterns, designed to gently guide the mind, body + nervous system to a state of regulation and blissful, supported calm. When we breathe together, we heal together - so we always include time to settle + state-shift as we enter and exit this intimate group experience. (60-MINUTE CLASS) *max. 6 participants FRIDAYS 7PM-8PM (BI-WEEKLY)
