Ample props are supplied as we explore a range of feel-good stretches, melt into some restorative postures + offer ourselves the productive pause we so deeply need. (60-MINUTE CLASS)
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICIES Please provide us a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your class attendance. *Note: you can cancel/reschedule your own bookings within 24-hours of class by logging into your member profile on our website* Pre-purchased class bookings that are cancelled with less than 24-hours notice are not eligible for refund/transfer (including bookings made with class passes + gift certificates). Unpaid online bookings that are cancelled with less than 24-hours notice or marked as no-show at the time of class will accrue as an amount owed to the studio, due at time of next class attendance. On occasion, instructors may need to cancel their classes. Clients booked for cancelled classes will be notified via the email provided at time of registration and offered a full-refund or class transfer. REGISTRATION POLICY To honour + value the time of our instructors and each other, online registration closes 24 HOURS BEFORE the start time of Jackie’s classes. Instructors hold the right to cancel class(es) if they have not met their self-determined class standards for registration numbers once online booking closes. Always feel free to email the studio (intotheeddy@gmail.com) and/or contact your instructor on their respective social media channels/emails with inquiries about same-day class registrations. Waitlists for most classes will become available when a class becomes fully booked. If you join the waitlist and a spot opens up, you will be notified immediately + it will be held for you for 30-minutes. If you do not register within that timeframe, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. If you have signed up for a waitlist, please be mindful of this and keep an eye on your email for notifications. The studio is not responsible for missed/blocked notifications.
